2019 BMW 4 SERIES IN DURHAM

The 2019 BMW 4 Series in Raleigh Builds on BMW's Compact-Car Platform in a Beautiful Way

The BMW 4 Series is actually a fairly new addition to the lineup, introduced in 2013 as a split from the growing BMW 3 Series. Where once there were 3 Series two-door options all bundled into the overarching lineup, it became too busy and potentially confusing for shoppers--BMW split off the unique design configuration and made it its own stunning standalone series. Trim levels for the 2019 MY include the BMW 430i and 430i xDrive and the BMW 440i and 440i xDrive; all are available in Coupe, Gran Coupe, or Convertible styling.

Roomy and Spacious

The BMW 4 Series is essentially a spin-off of the iconic 3 Series--a sportier performance variation of a beloved icon. So, many of its interior attributes are shared with its sedan cousin: premium leatherette or genuine leather upholstery, driver-centric infotainment system design, spacious and intuitively-designed cabin, supportive ergonomic seats, and a long list of luxury amenities. Trunk storage for coupe and convertible models is adequate, but if you choose a 2019 BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe, you'll enjoy up to 45.9 cubic feet of cargo space.

Three Unique Body Styles

The 2019 BMW 4 Series is available as a two-door coupe, a two-door convertible, and a four-door Gran Coupe. The convertible model offers a sleek foldaway roof, while the coupe can be equipped with a sunroof. The Gran Coupe is the most stylistically different model, with four doors and a convenient liftback. Whichever style you choose, you can enjoy a variety of exterior styling upgrades through BMW Tiers and Package Options, like new Icon Adaptive Full LED headlights or M Sport accents.

Two Powertrain Options

There are two flavors of performance for the 2019 BMW 4 Series: a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine--good for 248 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque--that comes standard on the BMW 430i line, and a 3.0-liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine--good for 320 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque--that comes standard on the BMW 440i line. xDrive All-Wheel Drive is available on both lines, but rear-wheel drive is standard for Raleigh drivers who prefer the signature sport feel of RWD.

Unlimited Potential for Intelligence

Dream it; do it. The 2019 BMW 4 Series offers standard and available features like BMW iDrive infotainment, Apple CarPlay, Harman Kardon surround-sound system, and wireless device charging. New for 2019, BMW Navigation with advanced real-time traffic comes standard, to help make any trip in North Carolina easy and enjoyable. For peace of mind and assurance, the BMW 4 Series can also be equipped with safety features like front and rear parking sensors, blind-spot monitoring, forward collision warning and mitigation, a lane departure warning system and adaptive cruise control.
