Always get top notch service when taking my car there. Sure you are paying dealer service prices but they clearly spell out the costs and you know it will be fixed right. There was a recall on my car, I needed an inspection, and a few other things. My service advisor was Malcolm Fields. I was taken care of the minute I arrived at BMW Southpoint. They already had a new loaner set up for me because the reprogramming from the recall can take hours. There was no wasted time. Malcolm was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. My car wouldn't start when leaving a friend's house. I spoke with Julia Carvalho three times and she was pleasant and very helpful. I decided to have the car towed. Tim Bolton called me twice to finalize arrangements and he was able to get the price decreased by $28. I was able to wait while the car was serviced. Everyone wore masks and followed appropriate health guidelines for the pandemic which I greatly appreciated
