BMW of Southpoint has excel in providing service to our cars. The service advisor always goes above and beyond to keep us informed and helping us manage the service.This time around, my car’s windshield needed replacement. It’s nice when you arrive the service representative knows your name and what you need. It totally makes the process quick and smooth. Anthony is one of there best service advisors. He greets me by name and takes complete control. He asked for my key and my credentials to quickly expedite my appointment and 5 minutes later I was in my loaner car on my way. Fast and efficient visit with the service department! Really liked the video sent showing the under carriage of my car.
