On Sunday, March 3rd we joined Hum Sub and our local community at Basant Bahar, an annual celebration of India’s classical music and dance forms. It transformed the Cary Arts Center into a lively showcase of Indian culture and tradition. With mesmerizing performances ranging from Kathak to Bharatanatyam, accompanied by a variety of instruments, the event captivated audiences and offered meaningful insights into Indian mythology. Beyond entertainment, Basant Bahar served as a platform for artists to share their talents and for attendees to connect with their heritage. It was a celebration of diversity, unity, and the enduring beauty of Indian culture, leaving lasting memories and gratitude for all involved.
